His later professional experience as a co-host for a live, 3-hour daily TV Show, media producer, and as a corporate trainer provides invaluable insight and information for those in attendance. Ray has a way of communicating which is interesting, practical, entertaining & most importantly... immediately applicable. SUNDAY MINISTRY:
On Sunday morning, Ray ministers in the worship service (or if the pastor prefers, the message and ministry can extend further to a Sunday evening service as well). Whether in a Traditional, Seeker-Friendly, or Pentecostal Church environment, Ray's 20+ years of ministry has prepared him to minister in each of these venues in a relatable and effective mannor. Those in attendance will be inspired, challenged, encouraged... and EMPOWERED to be all they can be to make an impact in this world for Christ.
